This means that flooding has happened, with lots of water still present, and there are ongoing impacts to properties and businesses in and around Aviemore. The River Spey is expected to remain high throughout the day on Wednesday. Low lying land, properties and access routes are at risk of flooding from the River Spey around Aviemore, including the Dalfaber area and the fish farm at Inverdruie.
