Speringbrook Sewer Hamstreet Arm
River levels have risen as a result of heavy rainfall. Flooding (of property) is imminent. We believe there is a possibility of flooding for properties on and around Marsh Road. Further rainfall is forecast over the next 5 hours until 08:00 on 04/12/2020.
We are closely monitoring the situation. Please activate any property flood protection products you may have, such as flood barriers and air brick covers and move possessions and valuables off the ground or to safety. This message will be updated in 8 hours, or as the situation changes.

Speringbrook Sewer Hamstreet Arm
Water levels have now fallen following the heavy rainfall experienced yesterday. Levels are now below those that would be expected to cause flooding to property, Friday 6 March, although standing flood waters may remain. The heaviest rainfall has cleared the area so we do not expect any further large rises in water levels. We are continuing to monitor this situation closely from our incident room and we have had staff in the area over recent hours. Please remain aware of your conditions locally and remain safe in this area of concern between the Street and Bournewood. We currently anticipate that this Flood Warning will be removed later this morning unless the situation changes, this should happen by 10am, Friday 6 March 2020.

Speringbrook Sewer Hamstreet Arm
River levels have risen as a result of persistent heavy rainfall. Consequently, flooding of property is expected from 6pm today, Thursday 5th March 2020. We believe there is a possibility of flooding for properties on and around Marsh Road.
Further rainfall is forecast over the next 6 hours. We are closely monitoring the situation. Please deploy your property protection measures if you have them and move possessions and valuables off the ground or to safety. Avoid contact with flood water and remain safe in the area of concern.
