River levels are high as a result of heavy rainfall. Flooding of property, roads and low lying land is expected to continue as river levels are peaking this evening on Sunday 27 December 2020. There is a possibility of flooding for low lying properties in the Collier Street area. Levels may be similar to those experienced during December 2019. We are closely monitoring the situation. We expect river levels on the Lesser Teise to fall overnight into Monday morning 28 December, but river levels on the River Beult are expected to continue to rise until Monday evening 28 December 2020. We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are actively monitoring the situation and are prepared to respond if required. River levels are forecast to rise as a result of heavy rainfall. Flooding is expected to occur from midday on Sunday 27 December 2020. We believe there is a possibility of flooding for low lying properties in the Collier Street area. Levels may be similar to those experienced during December 2019. River levels remain very high but are beginning to fall for most parts of Collier Street, particularly those close to the Lesser Teise. The water levels on the River Beult have now peaked through Chainhurst, Hunton and Benover and river levels are expected to gradually fall during this morning, Saturday 7 March. The risk of further property flooding is now reducing in this area. Flooding of low lying land and roads is expected to continue throughout today. Please avoid contact with flood water and remain safe in the area of concern. Further rainfall is forecast for Sunday 8 March but this is not currently expected to lead to any significant impacts. This Flood Warning will be removed or updated by 11am on Saturday 7 March.

The water levels on the River Beult have now peaked through Chainhurst, Hunton and Benover and river levels are expected to gradually fall during this morning, Saturday 7 March. The risk of further property flooding is now reducing in this area. Flooding of low lying land and roads is expected to continue throughout today. Please avoid contact with flood water and remain safe in the area of concern. Further rainfall is forecast for Sunday 8 March but this is not currently expected to lead to any significant impacts. This Flood Warning will be removed or updated by 11am tomorrow morning, Saturday 7 March.

However, the River Beult will continue to rise slowly overnight and so levels will remain high in Chainhurst, Hunton and Benover. Peak levels may be slightly higher than those seen during December 2019. Please avoid contact with flood water and remain safe in the area of concern. This message will be updated by 10am tomorrow morning, Saturday 7 March, or as the situation changes. Further rainfall is forecast for Sunday 8 March but this is not currently expected to lead to further flooding.

River levels are forecast to continue rising as a result of heavy rainfall. Consequently, flooding of property is expected, particularly around Underlyn Lane, Green Lane, Haviker Street and Den Lane. No further rainfall is forecast until Sunday. We expect river levels to rise from the River Beult until 6am on 07/03/20. We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are out on the ground and liaising with emergency services and our partners. Please activate any property flood protection measures you may have, such as flood barriers and air brick covers and move possessions and valuables off the ground or to safety. This message will be updated by 8pm this evening, 06/03/20, or as the situation changes.

River levels are very high and are continuing to rise on the Lesser Teise and the River Beult following persistent heavy rainfall yesterday. We expect flooding of properties in rural areas around Collier Street to continue into Friday morning. Peak flood levels are expected during 6am and 10am from the Lesser Teise, but river levels are expected to continue to rise on the River Beult until Friday morning, 6 March. We are closely monitoring the situation from our incident room and have had staff patrolling the area. Please move possessions and valuables off the ground or to safety, avoid contact with flood water and remain safe in the area of concern. Other areas may still experience impacts so please avoid contact with flood waters. Standing water may remain even if river levels fall during Friday. No further rainfall is forecast. There is now a possibility of flooding to riverside and low-lying properties in the Collier Street area. Property owners with property flood resilience measures should deploy them now. The peak at Stone Bridge gauging station is expected this evening at around 11pm, Sunday 16 February. River levels on the Beult are also rising steadily overnight and will continue to rise until tomorrow afternoon, Monday 17 February. We are monitoring the situation.
