A FLOOD WARNING update has been issued for Maryculter. Water levels are still rising but are forecast to peak shortly. Widespread flooding of land adjacent to the river is expected. Low lying properties, Deeside Caravan Park and sections of the B979 are at risk of flooding. Models currently predict a peak around 1am Saturday. Levels will stay high throughout the night but should fall back through Saturday morning. A FLOOD WARNING has been issued for Maryculter. There is a risk of flooding to Deeside Holiday Park. Heavy rain on Saturday evening and continued snow melt from upper catchments have caused water levels on the Dee and its tributaries to rise. The river at Maryculter is expected to continue to rise through the early morning with an expected peak in levels around 7am on Sunday. SEPA will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates if the situation changes.
