Areas most at risk include properties adjacent to the River Darwen, including Ewood Park, Stancliffe Street, Griffin Mill and River Mill. While the rain will cease for a time this evening, a further burst of heavy showers is forecast in the early hours of Sunday and this means that river levels will continue to remain high overnight.
