River levels are forecast to rise at the Burrow Beck river gauge as a result of persistent heavy rainfall. Consequently, flooding could occur this evening on 01/11/20, but there is low confidence in the forecast. Flooding is expected to affect properties on Lentworth Drive, Whinfell Drive, Beechwood Gardens, Bowerham Road, off Cranwell Avenue, Hodder Place, Cork Road, Canterbury Avenue We expect river levels to remain high until 06:00 on 02/11/20. We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are liaising with emergency services. Please move possession and valuables off the ground or to safety.
