Weather conditions are expected to improve from mid morning 01/01/2025 and river levels will then begin to gradually fall. We are closely monitoring the situation including rainfall and river levels. Areas most at risk include the area on the North Bank of the River Ribble between the Old Tram Bridge and the Railway Bridge comprising Miller Park, Avenham Park and The Pavillion.
