Levels on the River Wreake remain high in response to heavy rainfall over the past day. As a result, properties and low lying areas around Asfordby and Frisby on the Wreake, will continue to be affected by flooding. We urge residents to take action and remain vigilant as the situation might change. Avoid walking or driving through flood water. We are closely monitoring the situation. We have teams on the ground checking defences, clearing channels and operating structures. We will endeavour to update this message by Monday morning or as the situation changes.

River Wreake
Levels on the River Wreake are rising in response to heavy rainfall and will continue rising throughout the evening. As a result, properties and low lying areas around Asfordby and Frisby on the Wreake, will start to flood imminently. River levels will be at their highest tonight around, 1 AM. We urge residents to take action and remain vigilant as the situation might change. Avoid walking or driving through flood water. We are closely monitoring the situation. We have teams on the ground checking defences, clearing channels and operating structures. We will endeavour to update this message by Monday evening or as the situation changes.
