"River levels are forecast to rise at the Sharnford river gauge as a result of persistent heavy rainfall this evening and overnight. Consequently, flooding is possible tomorrow morning. Areas most at risk are low-lying agricultural land and roads including Sharnford, Croft, Littlethorpe, the Mill on the Soar car park and Falconry.
Further heavy rainfall is forecast over the next 48 hours.
We are closely monitoring the situation.
