Areas that continue to be at risk are Mill Farm, Saw Mill and Bar Lodge. Further bands of rainfall are expected over the coming days and river levels are expected to rise and fall. The current river level of the River Wharfe at Arthington is 3.9m and expected to peak Saturday morning at 4m at 8am (22/02/2020). The river level will recede through the day today. Areas that continue to be at risk are Mill Farm, Saw Mill and Bar Lodge. Further bands of rainfall are expected over the coming days and river levels are expected to rise and fall. This flood warning remains in force for the River Wharfe at Harewood Bridge due to heavy rain associated with Storm Ciara. There has been widespread heavy rain accompanied by high winds throughout Sunday 09/02/2020. River levels are expected to peak imminently at around 4m at Arthington. River levels are expected to begin falling overnight although further patchy rainfall is forecast. Avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses. This flood warning has been issued for the River Wharfe at Harewood Bridge due to heavy rain associated with Storm Ciara. There will be widespread heavy rain accompanied by high winds throughout Sunday 09/02/2020. River levels are expected to peak this evening 09/02/20. River levels are expected to remain high along most of the River Wharfe catchment throughout Sunday. Avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses. River levels rose as a result of heavy rainfall on Saturday 16.03.19. The level at Arthington is peaking overnight and will start to fall early on Sunday morning 17.3.19. Consequently, flooding of property, roads and farmland remains possible. Please consider activating local or property flood plans and stay away from fast moving water.
