Kelso to Coldstream
A FLOOD WARNING has been issued for Kelso to Coldstream. Rivers levels will rapidly rise in the early hours of Friday morning with levels peaking later in the day. A Flood Warning has been issued for the River Tweed from Kelso to Coldstream including Park and Kelso. There is a risk of flooding to roads and properties in and around this area and to low lying agricultural land near to the River Tweed.
