River levels remain high at the Ludlow (Corve) river gauge as a result of heavy rainfall. Consequently, flooding of property, roads and farmland is expected to continue. We expect flooding to affect properties and roads in the Corve Street area of Ludlow. Further rainfall is forecast, and we expect river levels to remain high over the next few days. We are closely monitoring the situation. Please avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses and plan driving routes to avoid low lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded. This message will be updated by 7pm today, Wednesday 03/01/24, or as the situation changes.

River levels are rising at the Ludlow (Corve) river gauge as a result of heavy rainfall. Consequently, flooding of property, roads and farmland is possible from midnight tonight, 02/01/24. We expect flooding to affect properties and roads in the Corve Street area of Ludlow. Further showers are forecast over the next 24 hours. We expect river levels to remain high until Wednesday morning, 03/01/24. We are closely monitoring the situation. Please avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses and plan driving routes to avoid low lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded.
