River levels are steadily rising at the Bridgnorth river gauge as a result of heavy rainfall. Consequently, flooding of property, roads and farmland is expected. Flooding will affect properties and roads in and around Sutton Wharf. Predicted Peak at Bridgnorth: 5.1m to 5.3m on Tuesday evening, the 18/02/20. We expect river levels to remain high for the next few days. We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are liaising with emergency services. Please avoid contact with flood water and move possession and valuables off the ground or to safety. This message will be updated by 10pm on 18/02/20, or as the situation changes.
