River Tone
River levels have risen at the Bishops Hull river gauge as a result of heavy rainfall earlier today. Consequently, flooding could occur tonight, into the early hours of Friday, 20/12/19. We believe there is a possibility of flooding affecting the Rugby Ground, Husk Farm, Mill Cottages, the Sewage Treatment Works and Ham Mills at Coalharbour Bridge. Further rainfall is also forecast tonight until about 03:00 am Friday. We expect river levels to remain high until late morning of Friday 20/12/19.
We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are checking river channels and defences, and clearing debris.
Please move family, pets and cars to safety, move possessions and valuables off the ground, and avoid contact with flood water.

River Tone
As a result of the heavy overnight rainfall the levels on the River Tone are rising steadily and are forecast to peak around 07:00 am on Thursday 15/03/2018. Bankfull conditions can be expected from about 05:00 am and there is a risk of flooding to low lying land, roads and properties adjacent to the river.
