This Alert refers to the high tide this evening, Friday 02/03/2018 and tomorrow morning, Saturday 03/03/2018. Strong onshore winds will cause tide levels to rise further during this evening's tide, although winds will reduce tomorrow morning. Overtopping and onshore flooding may occur as a result of high water levels combined with high energy waves. This could also cause sea spray, where strong winds blow water from the crests of waves onshore. The time and date of the first forecast high water is 19:15 on 02/03/2018. The forecast tide level is 6.24 m AOD. The forecast wind strength and direction is Force 7 East North East. The time and date of the second forecast high water is 07:45 on 03/03/2018. The forecast tide level is 6.77 m AOD. The forecast wind strength and direction is Force 4 South Easterly.
