The second forecast high water is 09:00 on 12/03/20 with a level of 8.49 mAOD and a Force 6 West South Westerly wind. All times are local and refer to the high water time at Avonmouth. mAOD is height above average sea level. There is the possibility of flooding to vulnerable seafront properties at these times for the coastline between Portishead Point and Avonmouth Coastal conditions for this flood alert are expected to continue until the high tides at 21:45 on 13/03/20. First forecast high water is 20:00 on 10/03/20 with a level of 7.85 m AOD and a Force 5 South Westerly wind. Second forecast high water is 08:30 on 11/03/20 8.21 m AOD and a Force 5 South Westerly wind. We believe there is a possibility of flooding for the coastline between Portishead Point and Avonmouth. Flooding to roads, farmland and properties is possible at these times, however conditions may apply one to two hours either side of the high tide. Second high tide is 10:00 on Thursday 13/02/20 with a level of 8.01m AOD and a Force 5 West South Westerly wind. Tide times are in local time and refer to the high water time at Avonmouth. Spray overtopping of sea defences is possible around one to two hours either side of these times. Flooding may affect the coastline between Portishead Point and Avonmouth.
