The River Ewenny, between Pencoed and Ewenny Village, is expected to reach its peak level between 8:00AM and 9:00AM on Friday the 7th of December. Other river catchments in the Vale of Glamorgan area are expected to behave in a similar manner. There is still some uncertainty about the rainfall distribution over this period and therefore the timing and magnitude of flood peaks may change during the intervening period.
