We are currently seeing higher river levels than normal. Areas most at risk are low-lying roads and riverside areas on the River Gipping between Needham Market train station and Boss Hall Industrial Estate in Ipswich, as well as Great Blakenham, Claydon, Bramford and Sproughton. The forecast is for light showers this morning, Monday 19 February, which are expected to clear by lunchtime, leaving the rest of the day dry. Tuesday 20 February is expected to be a dry day.
