River levels remain high but are beginning to fall as a result of Storm Ciaran. The river level peaked at Leatherhead at 3am this morning and is now falling slowly. Flooding of property is expected to continue for the next 6 hours on Thorncroft Drive. If you have them, continue to use your property protection measures.
Further rainfall is forecast for Saturday 4/11/2023, however today should remain dry.

No further rainfall is forecast for today 02/11/2023 and tomorrow 03/11/2023, however further rainfall is expected on Saturday morning 4/11/2023. The river level is expected to peak in the next few hours on the Mole in the early hours of tomorrow morning 03/11/2023.

The River level peaked at Leatherhead at 3:00am today, 17/02/2020, and has since continued to fall but river levels remain high, therefore the Flood Warning for River Mole at Leatherhead and Fetcham remains in force. The peak level recorded at Leatherhead was higher than the peak level recorded in December 2019.
Further rainfall is expected in the next few days but it is not expected to cause any property flooding.
