Areas at risk of flooding in Golspie include the Harbour area and Shore Street. Wave overtopping is expected to affect low lying parts of Golspie. Flooding impacts are expected around the time of high tide on Monday 11th March 2024 at 11:45 GMT.

A combination of high tides and prevailing weather conditions means that flooding from the sea is expected to affect low lying land, roads and properties along the Moray Firth coastline at Golspie. Wave overtopping is expected to affect areas at risk of flooding in Golspie include the Harbour area and Shore Street.
Large waves and flooding impacts are expected.
The greatest risk is around the time of the high tide which is at 1pm on Monday 12th February.

A FLOOD WARNING has been issued for Helmsdale to Embo.
A combination of spring high tides, storm surge, and strong winds means there is a risk of coastal flooding on Thursday and Friday to low lying land, roads and properties along the Moray Firth coastline from Helmsdale to Embo.
Flooding is expected for a few hours around the times of high tides over the next few days around 13:00 on Thursday afternoon and 01:30 on Friday morning. The high tide on Thursday afternoon will be the highest of any of the tides this week. Areas at risk of flooding include the Harbour Area and Shore Street in Helmsdale.
There will remain a risk of flooding into Friday morning as winds move round to the North and will be gale force for a time increasing wave heights along the Moray coast. Areas at risk on Friday may also include Brora, Golspie, and Embo.

A combination of high tides and prevailing weather conditions means that flooding from the sea is expected to affect low lying land, roads and properties along the Moray Firth coastline. Communities at risk of flooding are: the Harbour area and Shore Street in Helmsdale; and Main Street (the A9), Shore Street and Murdo?s Lane in Golspie.
Flooding impacts are expected around the time of high tide water levels: (1) between 22:00 on Sunday night till 01:00 early on Monday morning and (2) between 11:00 and 13:00 around Monday lunchtime.
The situation will stay monitored and an updated Flood Warning will be issued if the situation significantly changes.

A combination of high tides and prevailing weather conditions means that flooding from the sea is expected to affect low lying land, roads and properties along the Moray Firth coastline. Communities at risk of flooding are: the Harbour area and Shore Street in Helmsdale; and Main Street (the A9), Shore Street and Murdo?s Lane in Golspie.
Flooding impacts are expected around the time of high tide. Three main peaks will occur. The first between 10:00 and 13:00 Sunday morning. The second will happen between 22:00 on Sunday night till 01:00 early on Monday morning. The third high tide will be between 11:00 and 13:00 around Monday lunchtime.
The situation will stay monitored and an updated Flood Warning will be issued if the situation significantly changes.
