River levels are continuing to fall at the Stratford river gauge following recent heavy rainfall. But water levels are still high, so a risk of flooding remains. Flooding could still be affecting properties and roads in the Warwick Road, Tiddington Road, Bridgefoot, Waterside and Shipston Road area, Avonside, Saffron Walk, Stratford Racecourse area and Luddington Road areas. No significant further rainfall is forecast over the weekend and although river levels are falling, they still pose a flood risk. We are continuing to closely monitor the situation and our incident response staff will be out again clearing weed screens. Please plan driving routes to avoid low lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded and avoid contact with flood water. This message will be updated on 12/02/24, or as the situation changes.

River levels remain high but are falling at the Stratford river gauge following recent heavy rainfall. Consequently, the risk of flooding remains. Flooding could still be affecting properties and roads in the Warwick Road, Tiddington Road, Bridgefoot, Waterside and Shipston Road area, Avonside, Saffron Walk, Stratford Racecourse area and Luddington Road areas. Consequently, flooding of property, roads and farmland is possible between 02:30, 10/02/24 and 06:00, 11/02/24. We expect flooding to affect properties and roads in the Warwick Road, Tiddington Road, Bridgefoot, Waterside and Shipston Road area, Avonside, Saffron Walk, Stratford Racecourse area and Luddington Road areas.
