We expect levels to peak overnight at Kites Hardwick. We are closely monitoring the situation and our incident response staff have been out clearing weed screens across the area and we are actively checking river levels and the weather forecast. Please avoid contact with flood water and call 999 if in immediate danger. This message will be updated on 23/02/24, or as the situation changes.

River levels are high but steady at the Kites Hardwick gauge as a result of heavy rainfall. Consequently, flooding is expected to continue. We expect flooding to affect properties and roads in the Coventry Road, North Street and Birdingbury Road areas. Further rainfall is forecast over the next 12 hours.
