River levels in Pulborough remain very high, but are slowly falling. Flood impacts will continue to affect fields, gardens and roads. Potentially until the weekend. River levels in Amberley will also remain high, cause minor flood impacts and be close to properties. But water levels should be lower than recent days, all this week. Tide levels will stay relatively low for a fortnight, which means we do not expect water levels in Arundel to be of concern. Periods of rainfall are expected Wednesday and Thursday 20/2/2020. Relatively small amounts in comparison to Storm Dennis (10mm compared to 50mm), but may still be enough to cause river levels to rise slightly and extend the duration of minor flood impacts until the weekend. Please continue to keep flood protection products installed, if you have them. Our pumps in Pulborough continue to operate to reduce risk of flooding. We will continue to monitor river levels and forecasts. We will update this message by 11:00 20/02/2020.
