Although Stornoway and the Harbour should be mostly protected from the strong Northwesterly winds, flooding is possible to the Harbour and low-lying, roads and properties, particularly Newton St, Quay St, South Beach and North Beach. The highest risk is either side of the high tides, which at Stornoway are on Monday 3rd at 19:30 GMT and Tuesday 4th at 07:30 GMT.
