River levels have risen at the Worcester (Barbourne) river gauge as a result of Storm Dennis. Consequently, flooding of property and roads continues to be possible today, Monday 16/02/20. Flooding may affect Newport Street, Park View Terrace, The Butts and King Stephen's Mount. The A449 North Quay, Croft Road, Hylton Road Gyratory and Tybridge Street and A44 New Road.
Further scattered showers are forecast over the next 48 hours. We expect river levels to remain high over the next few days.
We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are checking defences and clearing weed screens.
Please avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses and avoid contact with flood water.

Flooding may affect Newport Street, Park View Terrace, The Butts and King Stephen's Mount. The A449 North Quay, Croft Road, Hylton Road Gyratory and Tybridge Street and A44 New Road.
Further rainfall is forecast over the next 12 hours. We expect river levels to remain high for the next few dats.
