River levels have risen at the Tewkesbury Upper Pound river gauge as a result of heavy rainfall. Consequently, flooding of property, roads and farmland is expected this evening, Friday 13/12/19. Flooding is affecting property and roads in and around Severn Ham and access to Abbey Mill may be compromised. Predicted Peaks:- at Mythe 3.6m to 4.1m Monday, 16/12/19, Upper Pound 3.7m to 4.1m Monday, 16/12/19.
Further light rainfall is forecast over the next 48 hours. We expect river levels to rise until Monday 16/12/19.
We are closely monitoring the situation.
Please avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses and plan driving routes to avoid low lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded.

Further rain is forecast for the next 24 hours. We expect river levels to rise throughout this evening and into Saturday 23/11/19. As a result of this, river levels are likely to remain high over the next few days.
